looking for and running away

Sometimes, we run without realizing it. We bury ourselves in work, lose ourselves in empty relationships, travel endlessly, overindulge in food, or hide behind beauty routines and material possessions. We convince ourselves that living far from family will somehow make us different, freer. And so, we keep running—endlessly.

But what if, instead of running away, we started looking? Looking for the deeper need that caused us to run in the first place. Maybe we’re escaping a broken heart, avoiding a tough situation, or denying the pain of an ending we don’t want to face. Running is exhausting, and the answers we seek aren’t out there—they’re within us.

What if we shifted our perspective and asked, What am I truly looking for? What’s been missing in my life? By doing so, we reclaim our power. We step out of the victim mindset and into alignment with ourselves.

So, what have you been running away from? And more importantly, what are you searching for that could help you feel grounded, whole, and fully in sync with your life.

Much Love,
