a new way of living
When you start on your healing journey, normally a new way of living will take birth.
A way of being more aligned, grounded, and authentic with who you are.
Healing is messy.
Healing is intense.
Healing is unfair.
Healing sucks.
Because yes, sometimes you don’t want to learn a new teaching. You don’t want to go through another shitty experience even though at the end, you will understand something else. No, sometimes you just want peace. You want to relax and not have to worry about anything else. You want to indulge and pause for a moment, knowing that everything is at its place and you can now harvest the fruit of your labor and dedication of not ending this journey being an asshole!
But yet, it seems like the Universe or this experience that we call “Life” will always ask more of you.
And, can you really say no?
I mean by saying no, aren’t’ you refusing to grow? To expand? To embrace your full potential?
But who can tell you what to do with your life? I mean if you want to say no, you just say no and you can stay where you feel right now. At that moment it’s comfortable for you. And yes, sometimes comfort can be abusive, draining, overwhelming, anxious and so on. But guess what? It can still be seen as a comfort zone. You know how to deal with it. You know how to shut it down. Therefore, yes it can be less ‘painful’ to be in a shitty comfort zone from an external point of view, than actually bothering to heal and dive deeper into your subconscious.
Because, OH GOSH, the road will be long. Actually forever, let’s not fool ourselves! Growing, learning and expanding is a life sentence LOL. But along the way you meet amazing people. You are able to share with open minded people and then just like that, this healing journey is actually a pleasure. Discovering yourself, peeling off the layers of what no longer serves you, and encountering people that understand you and listen without judgment. The world becomes more agreeable, enjoyable and peaceful because you feel seen and heard.
I guess this is what we all want, belonging. Belonging on this planet Earth. Belonging to our family system. Belonging with our friends. Belonging but still claiming our uniqueness and being welcome as we are.
Creating our own way of living. Then inviting people into our lives who respect us for who we are and not how they want us to be.
OH LIFE! As much as it is a weird concept, I mean being born to die, still carrying so much on our shoulders while actually we know it’s only an experience, is definitely something! But I do think it’s us as human beings that complicate a lot of it while actually “Life” just asks us to BE.
So, let’s BE.
With Love,
