commitment

Commitment will always make you succeed. 

In any area of your life. 

When you commit, you succeed. You achieve something that is dear to your heart. Commitment makes you in charge of your life. You commit to it. You commit to yourself. Commitment makes you an adult. Commitment creates respect. 

When I meet a client for the first time, I don’t care about what he/she did. It is not my place to judge. I accept my clients as they are. But, there is one thing that I want from them and that’s the only thing... Commitment. 

I commit to my clients at 100%. I expect the same from them. I only work with trust. I’m not here to infantilize my clients and tell them what to do with their life. Quite the opposite. 

But I do know, as I also experienced with my own healing journey and still experience, the more you commit to yourself the easier your healing will be. 

It’s like a promise you make to yourself. I won’t give up on you. I will keep moving forward. 

Of course, with Family Constellations, you can always do just one session, as it can resolve a situation / issue / pattern that is defined beforehand. But then there is the integration part and I do feel it’s better to do it with a therapist on your side. 

I mean, we are human beings. Sometimes we feel resistance, confused, it’s not ‘working’, I want a faster result and blah blah blah.That's your ego, your inner child voice, I want it NOW! But if you just spent the first 35 years of your life treating yourself like a piece of shit, how can you possibly think that after 2 hours of therapy your life is going to be entirely resolved?! 

For me, a one year commitment is good and it can go up to three years. After that, there is a possibility of developing a co-dependent feeling that I absolutely do not want between me and my clients. I never want them to think that I’m the magic in their life. 

You are your own healer, you are your own magic. I’m mirroring it and holding space for you. 

Sure, I sometimes have a little heartache from holding space because no matter what, the commitment I make with each and every client is real and we learn from each other. I always see my clients as a piece of my story, my current struggles, and teachings. I don’t believe in coincidence at all. I always attract the right client at the right moment. 

Come meet yourself, as the word commitment is screaming come meet me. 

Through commitment, you will create the life of your dreams.
