In every constellation, the mother has an important place. She is the one literally giving life to the future generations. The mother has that first intra utero bond and then continues to be an unbreakable rock and foundation within the family system. It is through this important relationship that you give birth to your relationship with abundance, receiving, safety, and love.

While we say « yes » to a lot of bullshit, it is frightening the amount of times we say « no » to things that are really important to our hearts. When it’s a question of being helped, supported and just being held, I don’t know why we just say « no »!

I have two situations with former friends this year and my way of reacting and dealing with it was just amazing! Yes, I’m going to brag! Usually, the former me would have fought for it, proving my good faith, blah, blah, blah and just spiral in fear of losing my friend. But, both of them did not trigger me at all. I just released them and wished them the best because I could see the pattern and I was like, I’m not interested anymore.

What are you waiting for? A baby, partner, job, miracle, recovery, house, forgiveness, reconciliation, hotter body? We've all waited for something thinking it's going to make our life better, more enjoyable, more fun, more lovable, and more abundant.

Once upon a time, families used to be estranged from members that were homosexual, single mothers, sensitive, or handicapped. Any members that could (from their perspective) disturb the balance of the family, had to be hidden and those family members were destined to be a secret.

Having been on the spiritual path for a long time now, I can see when being spiritual is simply a trend for some. The ones pretending that they are spiritual and want peace and send peace, and blah, blah, blah, while actually their behavior is the complete opposite. The "spiritual" people who are always right and treat others like a piece of shit, but in the name of peace and being so much higher in the air than us common mortals.
