Sparks of Inspiration
From a young age, Marine's curiosity and love for learning led her to explore psychology, well-being, and human connections. Running Away from Happiness, for Fear That It Might Escape You
Afraid that happiness will slip through your fingers. How many of us fear happiness? Love? Joy? Abundance? How many of us choose a more conventional path, afraid that if happiness were to disappear, the pain would be unbearable?
consistency
I'm well-known in my circle for being consistent and deeply committed to my health and well-being. While my daily routine might seem overwhelming to some of my girlfriends, for me, it's the balance that keeps me grounded. It's what helps me feel good, show up for my practice, and be present for my loved ones.
true happiness
Believe in the magic, see the magic, and follow it. Because sometimes, the person you never imagined would be yours is exactly your magic. The same goes for a place, a job, or an opportunity. Trust the magic of your life.
Fertility Journey
After two years of visiting multiple facilities and even considering traveling to Colombia due to the significantly lower costs, I finally decided to freeze my eggs. This deeply personal decision has been an emotional rollercoaster, but I’m sharing my journey in hopes of opening up the conversation and fostering support for others.
aligned
As I reflect on these learnings and this quote, I’m in awe of how many incredible people have crossed my path over the past 10 years, making a difference in the world. You are the future—the doers, striving to leave this world a little better than you found it. You’re doing it: being better parents, better friends, better lovers. For this alone, you should always hold your head high.
looking for and running away
Sometimes, we run without realizing it. We bury ourselves in work, lose ourselves in empty relationships, travel endlessly, overindulge in food, or hide behind beauty routines and material possessions. We convince ourselves that living far from family will somehow make us different, freer. And so, we keep running—endlessly.
